Remove the plastic covers off the wiper arm retaining nuts.
Remove the wiper arm nuts with a 13mm socket.
Twist and pull with your finger tips and finger nails at the base of the small rubber squirt tubing off the hard plastic squirt delivery tubes.
You may have to yard up and down on the wiper arms pretty hard to get them loose from their tapered shafts. Don't be a mindless gorilla but be brave and keep at it. They will come loose.

i know how to put one on. lift the blade and arm as high as it will go. then tilt the wiper towards you. it slips on and cicks into place. try doing that in reverse.
Find the largest hammer you can, strike the wiper repeatedly, remove, duct tape new wiper on.
Remove the windshield wiper arm from the windshield wiper motor. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the retaining nut. Reverse the process to install the new windshield wiper motor.
The 1993 Pontiac Transport windshield wiper control module is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The windshield wiper control module will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
The windshield wiper motor is located just below the windshield wiper blades and is covered by a black panel.

Under the cowl at the base of the windshield, on top of the wiper motor, three T20 Torx screws to remove.
beneath the driver's side wiper arm. you must remove both wiper arms and the black cowl underneath. What issue are you having with it?
