Remove the complete wiper assembly from the bottom of the windshield. This will give you room to remove the alternator.
The 1994 Dodge Caravan/Grand Caravan takes a 22" driver side, 18" passenger side and 18" rear replacement windshield wiper blades.
The 1987-1993 Dodge Caravan/Grand Caravan takes 18" replacement windshield wiper blades on both sides front. 1987-1990 takes a 16" rear wiper and 1991-1993 takes an 18" rear wiper.

You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.
