You could try one of the commercial headlight cleaning compounds available at any auto store. Or, to remove them entirely, open the hood of the car, look where the headlights come through. The screws holding them in place should be easy to find. Unscrew, carefully remove lights from headlight (they will be connected to the car still, so don't try to pull the cover off before unscrewing the lights), and pull them out. Reverse process to reinstall. Very, very easy.

The lenses are not removable from the headlights. They are one assembly.

To remove the headlight housings on a 2003 350z first take the bumper off the car. Remove the wheel well covers to access the rear of the lights. Locate the four mounting bolts of the headlights and loosen them. Unplug and remove the housings.

You can remove the headlight by removing the retaining screws. Remove the headlight wiring. The headlight should easily come out.
Open the bonnet. Remove the grill. Remove the screws holding the headlight in. Carefully pull the headlight out. Remove the cap on the rear of the headlight.
