Not at all. The Datsun 1200 (B110) uses a different type of engine (the A series) whereas the 1600 (510) uses the L Series engine.

Remove the clutch disk. Remove the flywheel. Inspect the flywheel for burns, scars, scratches--have resurfaced or replace as needed. Remove the pilot bearing. Install and new pilot bearing and new clutch disk and pressure plate. Align clutch disk. Reinstall transmission and other parts in reverse order of removal.
