Its kinda complicated. You have to remove the transmission oil pan, and then remove the valve body. The valve body is an extremely complicated part that helps the fluid build pressure to help in shifting. It is filled with multiple solenoids, check balls and passages that have to be assembled exactly or your trans will never be the same again. Unless you know what you're doing, take it somewhere to a REAL transmission shop. If you want to save a few bucks, take the valve body out yourself and then take that in.
It is bolted in the transmission valve body. You will have to remove the transmission pan to get to it.

You have to remove the transmission pan and you will see them bolted in the side of the valve body in the transmission.

It is bolted into the valve body in the transmission. You will have to remove the transmission pan that is bolted to the bottom of the transmission to service the shift solenoids.
It is bolted to the VALVE BODY that's inside of the transmission. You must remove the transmission pan to get to it.
