Heal function tries to remove the virus from the infected file. If the file is really infected so it may work or not (because it is difficult or it is not really infected), but if it is not then it will not work. If AVG manages to remove the virus, the file is free and not infected anymore, if not then you should move it to the vault or delete it.
avg is the best antivirus better then quick heal
I want to say that i used systheal antivirus to scan my system. I think that the performance of that antivirus was good than Quick Heal and Avira Antivirus.
Totally uninstall AVG from your computer can help you completely remove AVG dll files.
AVG 7 will remove it.
You have the find the exact location and manually delete them.
Go to the add/remove programs applet in the control panel and remove it from there.
Look in the AVG test results. Find the location of the infected files. Then boot into safe mode and delete them. To boot into safe mode tap the F8 key as your computer starts up and choose Safe Mode from the menu.
Try running an online scan at Panda and Trend Micro. Run the Panda scan first. It will more than likely find and remove it. Is AVG fully updated? If not update it and run again. Be sure to turn off system restore before running any scan.

Have you tried using AVG's "HEAL" feature? That took care of it on my machine.
