Have the same problem with a 94 Quest. I use a quartz shop light, but a blow dryer will work as well. Unplug the light assembly from behind the fixture, so the hole where the light bulb goes is open, then dry it out witht he lamp or blow dryer. Your problem is finding out where the water comes from. I suspect a bad seal between the back of the assembly and the lens. Every time it rains, or you wash the car, water will enter. Run a hose over the dried-out unit, slowly, and see if/where the water runs into the light. Some clear silicone sealant might be the fix.
