The power steering pump is held by two bolts. Use a socket and remove the top bolt and loosen the bottom bolt. Be careful not to completely remove the bottom bolt. The PS pump will loosen up enough so that you can push it towards the firewall and you will JUST have enough room to remove the water pump bolts. Its tight but it will squeeze out.

You need to rent, borrow or purchase a power steering pulley puller. This tool will remove and replace the pulley without damage to the pulley or the pump.

You have to remove the pulley first and you need a power steering pulley puller to do it. You can get one from Napa for usually about $40. There are bolts behind the pulley that hold the pump to the mounting bracket.
