∙ 9y agoTo remove write protection on an Apacer 4gb pen drive you must navigate to the registry editor. In the registry editor, go to the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies. Then click on the key "WriteProtect" and set the value to 0.
