How do you remove your battery from a Honda VTX 1800 motorcycle If you have to remove the seat how do you do so?

To remove the seat, there are two 13mm(?) bolts, one on each side, toward the rear. They come out and the rear of the seat comes up, and pulls off rearward. As far as the rest of it goes, I have yet to venture into, but I don't imagine it's too difficult. You might have to disconnect the harnesses to the computer, but as I said, I'm not sure. Good luck!!
