What year? IF this is the window mounted wiper.. The one that the wiper is on the glass (even when the glass portion of the tailgate is open)....... NOT the deck mounted wiper that parks below the glass when not in use... To check to see if this is the problem: Open the glass Use a screwdriver to push the latch on the tailgate to the latched position (so the vehicle thinks the glass is closed) Now you shouldn't have the "Tailgate Ajar" message Turn on the rear wiper.. You'll see the connection plate (round steel disk with a hole near the edge) See if it rotates.. If yes, then... Using the PALM of your hand - DO NOT GRAB THE DISK!! - put pressure on it ONLY WITH THE PALM OF YOUR HAND to see if it will stop turning. If it still turns then the motor and gears are good :-) Then your issue may be a gunked up shaft on the wiper arm, see below.... They have a tendency to get gunked up and hard to move... Remove the nut that holds the wiper on DO NOT REMOVER THE ARM YET!!!! Clean a spot where the spline (on the arm) and the shaft meet Use a marker or nail polish(works best) to mark the arm and shaft for alignment when reassembling Remove the whole arm assembly On the shaft there is a small e-clip a washer and O-ring remove all those. Tip: If you think you might forget just what order the e-clip washer and O-ring go on. Use a digital camera or the camera on your phone and take a picture before disassembly... With the glass held partially open Push the shaft in (towards the front of the truck) *You may have to twist and pull from the back at the same time and also spray with penetrating oil* Once out.. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN.. Including the brass pass thru shaft in the glass WD-40 or another penetrating oil, works best for cleaning... Tear a small strip from a rag and soak with penetrating oil and push thru the shaft and run back-n-forth till clean... Re-grease with a Lt. Grease (a spray-on type) or a lt. Coat of Never-Seez Reassemble.
they do just the a little if they did they will just e moving the dirt on the window not moving the rain lol

how do i repair 1997 nissan maxima wiper linkage
You can find your 1999 Ford Expedition front windshield wiper fuse in the fuse box. The windshield wiper fuse will be in the second column, fourth from the top.
is it available
This is difficult to answer because the question is not specific enough. It would be as simple as replacing a wiper blade or more difficult like replacing a wiper arm or wiper motor. Please re-submit a more specific question. If it is simply a wiper blade issue, see sources and related links below for wiper blade information and installation videos.
The rear window wiper fluid comes from the windshield wiper fluid tank in the engine compartment on a 2001 Ford Escape
Its your linkage, not your motor.
If wiper is not moving, the arm is off. both sides??You an get a mopar wiper grommet set at Advance or other car places. You have to reach back in the wiper motor area, center of firewall, fell if arms are off, if so, put back on and put a new grommet on to hold. PT
No
Simply replace the wiper. If that doesn't work, the wiper arm may be worn out, and doesn't have enough strength left to hold it against the window.
