You can't repair the door and you will have a problem repairing your relationship. You should not have let her get your goat and make you lose your temper anyway. Who is in control here? First of all you should take the door down and just get a new one.

If it is a small non creased dent, a suction puller ( like a small bathroom plunger) might pop the dent out. if its large or creased, then a dent puller that requires drilling a hole in the door, along with special body hammers may be needed. The second option will require body and filler to make the door match the rest of the car

There are several dent repair kits you can purchase. These include Ding King Dent Repair Kit , Simoniz Pops-A-Dent Repair Kit, and DENT OUT CROSS BAR Ding Repair Kit . What is the best way to repair a dent in my vehicles door without needing to have paint work done?

To repair a dent in your vehicle door without damaging your paint or needing paint work done afterwards there are two options that may work. Depending on the size of the dent present you may be able to use a suction cup type dent puller which utilizes a sticky hardening glue like substance to attach a suction cup like device on the dent and then uses pressure to attempt to pop out the dent. This process results in no damage to the paint or drilling into the dent necessary. If the dent is larger you may consider removing the door panel and while setting the door panel on soft padding using a rubber mallet to gently bang out the dent from the other side which could also repair the dent without paint damage.
