If the leak is in the copper line set, then cut out the corroded piece or fitting and replace. This is just like normal solder. Try to clean out the oil inside before applying heat. If this leak is in the condenser (the unit outside the house) then the process is not as clear cut. The process needed is called "silver soldering" This is a difficult process to learn for an amature. Its basically using solder to patch the hole.
