Can't because first of all a strut cant have a leak because a strut is a metal coil that looks like a spring that's about 12" to 18" long and they spiral down so that cant hold any air. Whats causing the leak is your ECARS(Electronically Controlled Air Ride System), also known as an airbag, so the rear end of your car is squatting and it does fill up but wont stay for long or eventually loses air. One of your airbags for your rear suspension is leaking, could be the bag itself or it could be just the line, take it in to an ASE certified mechanic and they'll tell you whats wrong, hopefully its the line because just for one airbag for the rear susp. it cost $400.
