Well, you figure out where and why you're losing power, and proceed from there. Your problem could be anywhere in that circuit, and none of us possess a magic crystal ball that'll tell us where your power loss originates. There's wiring which runs from the cab to the door, usually run inside of a conduit. That wouldn't be a bad place to start.
Diagnose the situation to determine the cause then make necessary repairs.

The heater blower for a 2002 Chevy Silverado is mounted under the dash. It is on the passenger side, in the heater housing.
It is on the top of the firewall on the passenger side.

It is beneath the cab on the passenger side in front of transmission
The horn is behind the front grill on the passenger side.
