According to Honda's factory service manual, and several reputable trade repair guides, there is no adjustment to the height or direction of the headlight beam on a 2001 Civic. In theory, however, it may be possible to adjust it slightly by using shims (washers) between the frame and mounting tabs to get slight adjustment.
The question you ask is too involved for a proper answer. You need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.
Unfortunately, you have to replace the whole headlight assembly. Just went thru that after an accident. There are small plastic "rods" that hold things in place and apparently once they break, there is nothing else you can do. Be sure you are sitting down when you get the estimate........

If you can find your horn, buy an aftermarket and install it yourself. There is probably only 1-2 bolts holding it on, as well as 1-2 wires in one connector. It shouldn't be very hard.
Have you checked that the headlight switch is working properly?
How much it costs to repair a computer in a 1995 Cadillac Eldorado depends on several factors. As of 2014, it can cost upwards of 500 dollars.
With the hood open, there are two long bolts (small hex head, 6mm?) sticking up through the grill casing above each headlight. They look like adjustment screws but they are not. Unscrew them and pull them out and you will be able to pull the entire headlight assembly out of the grill. Repeat steps in reverse to install.
I just saw this in a Goldwing Repair book at the dealer. First look at the headlight adjustment knob inside the faring. Twist it until you see a retaining screw. Remove the screw and then remove the knob. There should be a nut around the main headlight shaft that you can remove, which will then allow you to slide the entire headlight assembly out through the front of the fairing. Once the whole assembly is out, remove the retaining ring and disassemble the light housing. Reverse the process to reassemble.Good luck!
