the fender probably fills up with water. You need to make sure that the drain holes under the car are open. this shorts out the motors. then you need to access the motor and have it rebuilt or find a used one.
how to repair passenger side window on a1986 Chrysler le baron
no.. very different.. by hard top you mean 4 door..?.. the 4 door window mech is a scissors action.... the convert is on a frame and cabled..
Knowing the way Chrysler often interchanges parts from many different cars, I would assume it would be about the same.
I was just searching the list and there is an answer to a similar question already in FAQ
On eBay there about $160 to $200 dependiing on if you need the rear window. You'll have to remove back seats to get at the complete convertible frame. The tops will come with instructions. Its a lot of work and very time consuming plan for a whole weekend.
You have to remove the back seats.. and then the panels.. windows are held in by 10mm bolts.. disconnect the connectors at the bottom if the window unit.. Allow an hour to do this.. PIA job
glue it with clear epoxy
On the driverside frame rail.. under the rear door on a sedan.. or under the quarter window on a conv
Yes! If you have a zipout window. It will require top half open. Then the lower panel removal, re-stapling of the new meterial to the panel. Good luck tight fit.
I would use 100 % clear silicone, or Lexel.
the timing window is directly beneath the air filter housing, you must move/remove the air filter housing to see it
No. The the same part number is applicable for both driver and passenger side windows. Front and rear are also the same.
