How do you repair the freeze plug in front of 1997 Chevy Tahoe 350ss engine behind the air conditioning unit my 1997 chevy tahoe truck says ss 350 on the side of it?

You will have to remove what ever is covering it up. A/c compressor, Power Steering pump. You have to be able to drive it side ways in the block with a hammer and chisel. Then pull it out and sand the side's of the hole in the engine block and clean it. then get a socket that will fit into the new plug and drive it back in until it is flush with the engine block. then put it all back together.
