Ok we all know this system is run by a 12v electrical motor powered by your battery. First you have to establish if this is mechanical or electrical. With your ignition key on but the car not started hit your window switch and listen for the motor to run. If you can hear this then your problem is mechanical and will require you to remove the door panel and physically inspect the system after you have removed the weather stripping which I highly recommend you replace when done. Many times the mechanical issue is caused by weather and can be fixed with some lubricating spray and manually moving your window around until it becomes free. If the problem is electrical first check your fuses to make sure they are still working and if so take a 12guage or 14guage wire and hook it directly to the positive terminal of the battery. Take the other end and hook it to the power side of the motor for your window. If it comes alive then you have to replace the switch. If not then you have to replace the motor. Make sure to test the new motor in the same way before you put the weather stripping back on to ensure you don't need a new switch as well. Hope this helps. I have to do this to my 98 Aurora today.

There is only one fuse for all power windows. If only the passenger side window does not work, the problem is either with the passenger window switch or the motor on that window.
Try swapping it with the driver's side switch

If you mean the extra switch on the drivers side power window control it cuts power to the passenger side window switch. Handy if you have kids.
