The main Power outlet fuse is under the hood, Specifically, it's behind and slightly under the airfilter. To reach it, pop to two clips holding the air filter cover on and swing the airfilter cover to the side. Then grasp the plastic cover of the fuse box and pull up ( (look for the lug for jumping the battery. It touches the cover. Once off, the 20A yellow colored mini fuse in the bottom row can be checked/replaced. Takes about 3 in with no tools required.
