pretty much any subaru engine will fit into any subaru if you know what your doing. but i would suggest going for a motor from a 2001 forester to be safe.
yes, but manual trasmission ONLY
How do i replace blend door motor
Look at the rear lower section of engineFollow the + battery cable
Yes it does. So it's best to replace the timing belt at recommended intervals. Waiting till it breaks could cause serious engine damage.
how to replace a blend door actuator on a 1999 ford ranger
"The Subaru Forester has been manufactured since 1997 by Fuji Heavy Industries. It was first introduced at the Tokyo Motor Show November, 1995. It originated in Japan."
How do I replace the rear wiper motor or just remove the rear panel on the back window to see if my rear wiper motor is unplugged on my 2007 Subaru Outback? Thanks!
top of block pass side under edge of intake at front of motor
if the motor is bad or it's an electrical problem you can remove motor and crank shut manually, not sure what kind of tool you might need
You'll need to remove the driveshafts, even if it has a manual transmission. The transfer case is permanently engaged, and cannot be placed into neutral.
