Do you mean "how do I replace washer line"? They are just rubber hose from the washer fluid container to the wipers. If you have a leak, you can get a plastic splice and put it in at the split to repair.
Bad pump, no fluid, plugged line, broken line, bad switch, blown fuse, wiring problem.
Replace the brake line, bleed the brake. top up with brake fluid. Done.
Pretty simple... unplug the power wire from the washer fluid pump, pull off the line for the washer fluid, undo the bolts for the bracket holding the reservoir in, pull the whole thing out. Installation is opposite of reverse. You should be able to look at it and figure it out easily enough.
You really can't figure this out? It's either out, clogged, the line is broken, or the pump is bad. Did you do anything to try to fix it?
out of winshiel washer fluid, does the motor run when you push the fluid despense button ? if so suspect plugged line, broke line ,if it does not run suspect fuse or windshield pump motor.
A Dodge Dakota does not have a rear washer fluid reservoir. On most newer vehicles the washer fluid for the rear windshield comes from the washer fluid reservoir from under the hood. If you are not getting wahser fluid to the rear windshield it could be that the line is frozen or clogged with dirt or the line could be disconnected somewhere.
A couple things to check. If you don't hear the washer fluid motor running when you try to spray washer fluid, it may be a fuse or relay or bad washer fluid motor. If you do hear the washer fluid motor running while trying to spray the windshield, but aren't getting any fluid, then there is a blockage or kink in the line. If this is the case, you can unhook the hose at the sprayers underneath on the hood/cowl and blow back through the line to see. It should blow air right back into the washer reservoir. If not, then check the lines for blocks/kinks.
They are on the actual blade assembly. Tilt them back & you wil see the fluid line line on the backside.
draing power steering fluid before changing high pressure line silverado v8
you may have a block in the line behind the pump stopping the fluid
Replacing washer fluid pump is easy . Pump is located on fluid tank ,towards motor just on other side of brace running at an angle. Pump pushes straight down into a grommet in tank. There is one plug with a blue and red wire, and one small rubber line hooking to bottom of pump. It may be easier to remove tank but I left mine in place.
