The speed sensor rotor does not require replacement, unless actually damaged. It is located on the Carrier Assembly, Differential/Final Drive and is removed using a standard puller (To avoid damage to the hub during removal of the rotor, be sure to place a thick steel washer or plate on the end of the hub where the puller screw makes contact.) The new sensor rotor is installed using a plastic hammer. It should be noted that this is all part of the 4T60-E Automatic transmission. Geting there is another story. This indicates that you have a malfunctioning oxygen sensor. Take your jeep to one of the name brand auto parts store and they will have a reader that will verify this and sell you a new sensor. That will most likely take care of the problem.
