You will need a steering wheel removal tool and lockplate compressor. 1st unhook battery then remove trim panel under steering colmn(if has anti theft key) unplugg steering colmn wiring connector with 7mm nut driver look for wire coated in orange that turns into 2 little white wires you will have to remove them from the turn signal switch plug Remove Airbag and unplugg carefully place it in safe place bag side up Remove steering wheel then you need snap ring pliers to remove the snapring holding in the clockspring pull it out a little and let it hang Attatch lock plate compressor and press lockplate down to remove the C clip holding it in place (this can be difficult I use an icepick to pop behind it to get it to stick out then take a flat screwdriver and work it around out of its groove got that Then remove the tork head bolts holding the turnsignal swith pull it out a little and let it hang now remove the lock retaing bolt and lock ( hook a wire at the bottom of the old wires for the lock so when you pull them through you have something to pull the new wires back through with. Its a Job if you never done it I recomend have a professional do it probably $125 labor cost
