You can replace the map light bald, on your Chrysler 300, by removing the decorative retaining nut. The lens will come off with the nut, exposing the light bulb.
If the rear light of a Chrysler 300m does not turn on after replacing the bulb, a fuse may be blown. Replacing the fuse should fix it.

Your fog light takes a H3 size bulb. Unfortunately, you are going to spend almost an hour or so changing it. I recommend changing both at once. You must remove the whole front bumper cover and the fog lights will come out with them and be able to be accessed from behind. Bulb is probably defective. Replace it.
These are called dash bulbs and can be bought on eBay or your local autoparts store for less than a dollar.
Bad news - there is no light bulb. The cluster is light using electro-luminesence, which means the entire thing needs to be replaced.
If it is like my 2000 Cirrus, I use the key to pop the cover off, then just remove and replace.
go under hood reach down where headlight is turn the light counterclock wise and pull bulb out then twist bulb and it will come out.

Open back hatch and near the tail light inside the frame by rubber gasket you will see 2 screws. remove screws and the light fixture will come out. Just twist the bulb socket and replace bulb
How do it replace the stop light bulb
The headlight bulbs for the Chrysler LHS are inserted in the back of the light housings. There is a twist ring that holds them in, rotate the ring to remove and replace the bulb.
