In my case, I replace the entire hub. You can get them on eBay for less than $50 each. Search eBay for "2001 Hyundai Sonata rear wheel hub"
They are mounted by 4 bolts and are a snap to install.
I have the GLS with rear disc brakes. With shoe brakes, it's a little more involved, but not by much
