Open the hood,remove air filter box and look to the right near the end of the trans axle is where the sensor is,remove the connector with two wires in it.then remove the sensor.

The Speed Sensor (for 2.5 V-6) is located in the Transmission housing Drivers side behind the Dipstick Oil tube under the Distributor (hard to see!), you must remove the tube in order to access the sensor or replace it.
