First there is a belt routing diagram on the fan shroud or on the hood showing you how to run the belt second there is an automatic tensioner that is under constant tension all you have to do is find the proper size socket or wrench and put it on the tensioner bolt pull back and remove the belt.
When replacing, route the belt as the diagram shows on the vehicle if there is no diagram you can get one from your nearest auto parts dealer.
What I normally do is first I route the belt on the pulleys at the bottom and then route it around the alternator and PS Pump A/C Compressor once on the pulleys just pull the tensioner back and place the belt on the tensioner and release.
Depending on how many miles are on your vehicle. If you have 35k or more you need to replace your serpentine belt or all of your accessory belts. And if you have 89k or more you need to replace your serpentine or accessory belts and your timing belt.
There isn't one.
Serpentine belts for cars may be purchased from auto parts stores like Auto Zone, while serpentine belts for vacuum cleaners may be found at stores like Bed Bath & Beyond. Businesses that service vehicles, such as Express Lube and Chicagoland Jiffy Lube, may also replace old serpentine belts.
