To replace the belts on your 1982 to 1986 Chevrolet Celebrity starting with the outermost belt:
First take note of the locations of each belt so you will know where to put them back.
Then loosen the adjustment bolt on each driven unit and slide inward to release the tension and remove the belt. It may be necessary to loosen the mounting bolt to slide the unit over. Repeat that procedure for each remaining belt.
Reinstall in the reverse order.
Rotation is not critical for this kind of belt.
