First remove the pads and calipers after that the rotor should come right off. If it doesnt hit it with a hammer and it will knock it lose. (Always replace both rotors at the same time) Also make sure that you use some medium grit sand paper on both sides of each rotor before you install them. This will roughen the surface and help the brake pads bite into them better. Rub the sand paper in a circular motion on both sides of each rotor press firmly but do not form deep grooves in the rotor!! Then you put everything back together and you are finished!!

Remove the tire and wheel from your 1994 Chevy. Remove the brake assembly. Tap on the rotors with a hammer or mallet. The rotors will slide off. Reverse the process to install the new rotors.
Lift the car on a jack, remove the tire, remove the brake shoe/caliper and remove the brake pad. Put in the new brake pad, replace the brake shoe/caliper, replace the tire and lower the car.

Pull the tires off and take the brake calipers off and the rotors will pull off.
it depends whe you take it in a shop it can go up to $300 but in the street can go as low as 35 per side and is really easy to do
