you may need to replace the motor that causes the wheel to move. I had the same problem. Also the gear wheel that the motor attaches too was broken on mine. You might want to inspect that as well when you remove the motor.
Should be a 15" wheel. My 96 was.
you gotta pull off the knuckle, and have the bearing pressed out, and a new one pressed in

you're kidding, right? this is a trick question, right? THE RIGHT WHEEL Do I win a Prize for this one ?
It is on the dash in front of the steering wheel,it looks like a small black bump.
you could get a similar wheel to replace it
About $50 dollars a piece.
It's a nasty job - you need the car up on a ramp and remove the inside of the wheel arch. A garage job really. Very poor design by Mazda - bearing in mind in some countries you have to be able to replace a broken lamp at the roadside if stopped ! Good luck
you have to have your normal lights running first, then press the switch above the main cruse control button on the dash left of the steering wheel.
Rocking the steering wheel back and forth a little should free up the key in the ignition, weird quirk that my car had as well.
Drive the old broken wheel stud out, and drive a new one in. Purchase the new stud at any auto parts store.
