Basically, find the burned out bulb and replace it. This warning will continue until the bulb is replaced. There is no reset function (except on the message module). It automatically clears once the condition goes away. Carl

The instrument cluster must be removed to replace the light bulbs on it.
Remove the instrument panel cover retaining screws. There are four screws that need to be removed. The instrument panel light bulb's will be visible. Push the light bulb in and turn at the same time to remove the light bulb.
take out the instrument panel and it is on the top left side small bulb. but if you have more then one burnt out replace them then
it means either you have a light not working, someone has installed the wrong kind of bulb somewhere so that the lamp out module doesn't recognize that there is a bulb there, or the lamp out module is faulty.
you cannot service panel lights on 2000 impala . you hav to replace the instrument cluster.
remove dash replace bulb(instrument cluster)
Remove the instrument cluster.
remove two mounting screws from the bulb housing, carefully pry the housing off, twist the rubber bulb holder half a turn, pull the bulb out and replace. This is detailed and illustrated in the Owners Manual - See "Related Questions" below for more
The bulb is most likely burned out. You have to remove the instrument cluster to replace it.
