The holder replacement will depend on the model of the Dodge vehicle. Most of the holders have small pins on the sides that they hinge on. Bending the sides in gently should release the pins from the pin holes, allowing removal and replacement.
Gain access to the back of the console and screw the retainer back on to the receptacle.
open center console take insert out reach in and pop out cupholders and replace
To change the map light in a 2005 Town and Country, first lower the sunglass holder. Remove the single screw holding the console and firmly pull down the entire console from the rear. It will release the two clips allowing the entire console to be removed and the map light can be changed.
Bottom left of dash under steering wheel locate sunglass holder, open holder and then pull up fusebox underneath
Remove the screws that fasten the console to the floor, there are 2 in the rear cupholder, 1 in the front cup holder, and 2 near the shifter (where the console seperates). When all the screws are removed you can lift out the console (be careful to unplug speaker wires), turn over, and remove the speaker.
Very carefully(;
How do you replace cup holder in a 2000 Lexus ES300
If I remember correctly, you really can't, it's part of the console so the whole console has to be changed.
Depends on what year the xj is and if your talking outside rear view or inside. I just replaced my inside rear view. It's auto-dimming. If it's the inside and auto-dimming, there is a cap on the top of the mount. Carefully pry back near the top and this peice should come off easily. You should then be able to push the mirror post straight down to release it from the windshield mount. Then you'll have to loosen the overhead console. Do this by using a straight blade screw driver to turn the plastic keeper screw, that is is visible with the sunglass holder open, 90 degrees counter-clockwise. Pull gently, slightly downward and toward the rear of the car. The overhead console is held in the front by two metal tabs so there are no more screws. That will free the overhead console and you can see the wiring harness for the mirror toward the front of where the console was. The connector has a tab so very carefully lift the tab and pull apart the harness. Re-attach in reverse order and you'll be seeing things in the rear of the car again! Hopefully not flashing lights!
I believe the tissue holder goes to the right of the console on the passenger side.
You need to pull up the center console cover first. Working from front to back carefully pull up to disengage the six pressure clips. You may need to disconnect the traction control wiring connection if you have one. The cup holder is attached to this panel and you can see how to repair or replace it. On my 1999 Regal the cup holder swing out side piece with the little spring fell off. I was able to retrieve them from under the console. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to put it back and re-engage the little spring. I added tape to secure cup holder top piece to the base to prevent them from separating again. Reattach the traction control wire clip and carefully push down to resecure the console panel. I believe the same Regal console panel fit from 1997 to 1005 model - but please verify that. Good Luck!
