take off wheel cover, turn axle nut half turn, raise vehicle front, take off tire/s, take off axle nut, remove brake caliper and rotor, remove sway bar to control arm link, remove cotter pin and casle nut to disconect ball joint from the steering knuckle, use two jaw puller to push axle out of hub, use pry bar to pry axle out of transmission. install is the reverse of removal. tips: dont take out both axles at once!. torque axle nut to 110 -115 ft lbs. always get alignment checked afterwards. grease spline before installing new axle. this is brief and not intended for begginer mechanics, must have decent amount of mechanical ability. hope it helps.
