Turn the unit on its side. On the bottom there is a knurled locking knob. Turn the knob counterclockwise to remove it. Then pull the base from the unit - it might seem like it's stuck, but yank on a couple of the wheels and eventually it'll come off. Then just pull out the filters through the bottom. Put the new filter(s) in, put the base back on and lock it in place with the knurled knob.
