You'll need to use a trim puller to remove the interior panel. You can get one at any auto parts store for around $10 - $15. Any screws or bolts in the door panel will need to be removed first. Once you've got the door trim off, the speaker will be exposed.. just disconnect the wires, remove the fasteners, and it comes right out.
Make sure, before you do any of this, that you disconnect the negative terminal of your battery.

mine had the two front 6.5 in" speaker and to 2 in" in the back Mine had one pair of 6.5 in" full range drivers n the front doors.
1.Remove the front door trim panel.Remove the speaker retaining bolts.Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the speaker from vehicle. Installation is the reverse.
You need to remove the Interior door panel. From there you can gain access to the speaker and replace it as needed.
You have to remove the door panel, after that you will be able to replace the speaker.
