all you need is a Phillips screwdriver. open the hood, trace your finger up between the headlight and cornerlights, and then over them to the back side. just behind the headlight there is a small +screw holding down the rear mount for the corner lense...take it out, then grab the light with your fingertips and wriggle it forward...as soon as there is room to get your fingers behind it some more grab n pull...being careful of course to not rip out the wires!
at this point you can either unplug the bulbs, or better you can turn the bulb fixture 1/4 turn counterclockwise and remove it from the housing without unplugging it, Honda plugs are notorious for not coming apart easily
