Take the strut from the left and use this
There is a control relay on the passengers side of the console, behind the console side panel that feeds the actual fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay is just in front of the passengers side strut tower under the hood.

To replace the strut you have to jack up the car on the side you want to do and take off the wheel. Then, take it loose from the strut tower on the top. There are 3 or 4 nuts. Then take it loose from the steering knuckle on the bottom. The whole strut assembly lifts out. To replace the coil you have to have a strut compressor. It compresses the coil spring so the top of the strut can come off. Once the top of the strut is exposed the coil can be taken off the strut.

There is one on the front passenger side and a torque strut on the front. The torque strut acts like a motor mount.
It is located under the hood on the passenger side. Look on the front side of strut tower, it is mounted on the strut tower.
You can tell if the front struts are bad by pushing down on the fender for each side. If the car bounces more tha 1 time they need to be replaced. Front end shimmy, replace the struts.

I assume you mean serpentine belt. It should have a diagram on the top of your passengers side front strut if not buy a haynes for 12 bucks or better yet google it.
Heat shield on catalytic converter? Loose shock or strut mount? Pebbles caught in hub cap? Lug bolt fell off in hub cap?
The relay in the engine compartment. It's on the passenger side mounted on the fenderwell just in front of the strut tower.
