Open the hood. There is a wire loop behind the side light. Pull on loop away from light. This releases a hooked spring. Plastic light cover will fall loose and give you access to bulbs.

How do you replace the front signal light in 2003 Buick century?
I just replaced the front signal light in a 2002 Century, it's probably the same or similar. Pull up on the two white plastic clips on both side at the rear of the light assembly. Pull the light assembly forward amd remove the black rubber circle behind the bulb. Remove the bulb assembly by turning counter clockwise. Pull out bulb. replace bulb and repeat steps in reverse order.
