Remove the brake drum, drive out he damaged studs from the front of the drum, press in the new ones from the back of the drum, reinstall the drum.

do you want to remove the actual studs or remove the lug nuts? the lug nuts may have left hand thread which means they go clockwise to loosen if you mean remove actual studs, u need to remove wheel. the studs will knock out with a hammer. you will need to replace with new ones
