In order to perform this task you must complete EVERY step: Disconnect battery!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't smoke! raise rear of vehicle and secure in a safe manner & block front tires. Use pb-blaster or something like that to spray the nuts securing the straps that hold gas tank to car remove the straps holding gas tank and properly support it remove sending unit (hoses and/or wires may need to be removed) Remove gas tank Install new gas tank after properly installing sending unit- you should refer to repair manual specifications that could be found at local library or bought at auto parts store if you lack auto repair experience
