There isn't a pressure sensor in the fuel tank.. You're thinking of the fuel sending unit, and you typically have to drop the gas tank in order to do this. Set a suitable jack (or pair of them) under the fuel tank, disconnect and plug the fuel lines, remove the brackets mounting the fuel tank, very carefully bring it down. There'll also be two electrical connectors... one will be for the fuel pump, and is located towards the bottom. The one at the top goes to the sending unit, and you will have to reach up and undo the plug before you bring the tank all the way down. Then you undo the screws holding the fuel sending unit in, pull it out, and install the new one. Installation is the opposite of removal.

Lower the fuel tank low enough to get your fingers up on top of the fuel tank where the electrical connections are. There will be two electrical connectors. One with four wires and the other with three wires. The three wire connector is for the EVAP system pressure sensor. The four wire connector is for the fuel pump and fuel gauge. Unplug the three wire connector. Using a flat blade screwdriver, wiggle the sensor up and out of its holder. It is basically held in by a rubber grommet. Spray a little penetrating oil under the sensor to aid in removal and installation. Your local auto parts store will sell you a new fuel tank EVAP pressure sensor for aprox $40. Note, try not to knock any dirt into the fuel tank during this process.
