I have a turbo wagon 760gl, the relay is actually composed of two relays and is located behind a kickpanel on the passenger side left, to the right and below the radio. I had to unscrew the relay panel pull it out about 3" then you can see the large dual relay in the middle of the panel. I used tooth picks to release the plastic holddown tabs (4 in all) and then I was able to work it loose. The thing runs 130 at ftp groton or import parts specialists in boise. I was able to resolder mine, because it had cold solder cracks around the copper tabs on the bottom and it has continued to work for about a year now.

The headlight relay switch is located in the cab of the car behind the brake and gas pedals. You pull back the carpeting and it is mounted to the firewall.
