You will have to take out the holder lag screws form the top of each light, they are torqe heads sticking out from the radiator support fram or the dog house two on each side, then pull out the head lamps , grabe ahold of the bulb socket and twist counter clockwise and then pull out and disconnect the wiering harness.

there are two diff types of bulbs. High beam and low beam bulbs. If your low beam doesn't work then you need to replace those lights because they are probably blown.
the bulbs in your car have two filaments, high beam and low beam. as you generally use mainly low beam the filament wears out a lot quicker than high beam. so replace your bulbs, as it couldn't be anything else.

You need to replace the bulbs in the lights.
I had to pull off the front bumper to replace the ballast and high and low beam bulbs. that's the only way that I know. I had to do this 2 times when the other bulb went out.If the bulb you replace does not work then it might be the ballast.
The filaments inside bulbs are different wattages. It is best to replace the dead bulb.
You will see a plastic cover in front of the radiator. It is held in place by a velcro strip. Lift this cover and you will find the high and low beam bulbs on the rear of the headlamps. Twist and pull to remove them and then unplug the wiring harness. Re-install new bulbs in the reverse order

I have an 08" Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 and just upgraded to plasma bulbs, Before I did this noticed that the low beams where a little low and intended to raise them when I changed out the bulbs and notice one adjustment screw only,where is the adjustment to raise the low beam? Jose
