This is a pain, Literally
Take off the interior door panel,
- Lower window
- Remove arm rest (three large screws under covers
- Remove trim around door handle
- Remove set screw holding mirror adjuster in place
- Start at bottom rear corner and pry panel off door
Now to actually change the lock
- Roll up the window
- Remove rod from back of lock, the retainer just clips on and will swing out of the way
- Remove the retainer clip, be careful, it requires quite a bit of force and everything in here is sharp. Working it side to side rather than forcing works best
- The lock will come out into the inside of the door.
- Reverse the process to finish the job
