The rear washer pump is on the windshield washer bottle, right beside the front washer pump. Take the bottle out of the car and simply remove the old and put in the new.--Ken
It is very easy ... Open the hood ... there is a long cover over the washer fluid tubing that connects to the nozzle .. so you have to take this cover off ... separate nozzel from tube . Insert new nozzle from outside of car . connect to tubing .. replace panel/cover and you are done !!!

Try taking the hose off the back side of the spray nozzel and see it there is fluid there. It may just be the nozzel plugged. A couple of strands of fine copper wire from an extention cord will usually clear the hole in the nozzel. The pump is located on the bottom of the windshield washer reservoir but before you take it off, listen to see if you can hear it running. If you can't hear it run, replace the pump; if you can hear it run, the hose or squirter buttons may be clogged and will need to be cleaned out.

There is no separate washer fluid reservoir for the rear washer. It all works out of the front reservoir.
The windshield washer pump is attached to the washer fluid reservoir. You will find 2 pumps attached to the reservoir. The other pump feeds the rear window. The reservoir can be unbolted and removed from the engine compartment.
the rear pump will be higher on the resevoir than the front pump, I dont recall the last time I took out a res on a camry.. if I had to guess I'd say through the inner fender
