Unless you have lost the nozzle there is no reason to ever replace it. It is probably stopped up. Take a needle and unstop it.

If you are looking to replace the washer nozzle cover (the painted part) all you have to do is carefully pull out the nozzle with a pair of needle-nose pliers and hold onto it while installing the new plate. You should be able to let go of the nozzle after installed the new plate and it will retract itself into the bumper.
It is very easy ... Open the hood ... there is a long cover over the washer fluid tubing that connects to the nozzle .. so you have to take this cover off ... separate nozzel from tube . Insert new nozzle from outside of car . connect to tubing .. replace panel/cover and you are done !!!
DO NOT put the nozzle in full depth, an inch short of full insertion should be sufficient.

Simply disconnect the washer hose if not already broken and then squeeze the locking clips on the upper and lower side of the nozzle and then pull straight out the top. Clean the area and snap the new part in and connect the hose after removing the broken old part of the nozzle.
