If it is the same as my 83, which it probably is, or at least very similar, remove the inside panel and right near the center towards the top end of the tailgate (top being where window comes out) should be the motor. Mine was only connected with 3 5/16" bolts. Take those off, then use a little muscle to wrestle the motor loose.
Yes
If its the bronco XLT you'll have to take the tail gate paneling off the inside. The motor, gears, etc. for the rear window are located in there. I had the same problem with mine sometime back.
How do I replace the rear wiper motor or just remove the rear panel on the back window to see if my rear wiper motor is unplugged on my 2007 Subaru Outback? Thanks!
The rear window motor on a Honda Odyssey is replaced by removing the cover screws, disconnecting the wiring harness, and unbolting the motor. A new motor can then be put in place and bolted in.
In the inside of the door there should be a piece of metal that unscrews. You just take it off a walah.
It is located in the rear tailgate. Remove the inner panel and the support bracket on the right hand side to see it.
remove rear seat panel
replace rear window wiper motor on 2001 Chevy venture
Check if there is voltage to window regulator motor; if there is replace motor.

Try lubing all moving parts then.....good luck using the motor
Just use a flat head screw driver to pry it off.
