The 2008 Lancer uses a 4 cylinder engine, therefore it uses 4 spark plugs.
Disconnect the battery, remove the engine cowl, remove the spark plugs cables, boots and plugs on the drivers side of the engine, replace with new spark plugs and attach the boot and cables. Do the same on the passenger side of the engine, replace the engine cowl, and connect the battery.

You need to take off the cover from your engine and then you will see a plastic cover with aprox. 6 screws you need to take out those screws and under that you will see the spark plugs
